Instructor: Lisa Farmer B.Sc. Black belt in 3 styles of Martial Arts, UK Hall of Fame 2004, Ex-British Squad member, Level 3 NVQ, Fully Qualified, insured, CRB checked and. World Krav Maga Confederation Director of Ladies self defence. Also guesting will be Richard Farmer Founder of Streetwise Self defence Ltd.
